8-Course Tasting Menu
Experience the essence of Norway with Kest’s seasonal 8-course tasting menu, a culinary journey through the fjords, mountains, and valleys of Aurland. Led by Chef Mantas Vaidelis, our kitchen team crafts an ever-changing menu that highlights the finest local ingredients, sourced as close to home as possible.
We take you on a carefully curated food experience where flavors, storytelling, and hospitality merge. With each course, you’ll hear the story behind the ingredients, shared by our chefs or waiters, bringing you closer to the land and traditions that shape our cuisine. The menu changes several times throughout the season, ensuring that every visit offers something new and truly reflective of the moment.
The flavors are uncompromisingly Norwegian, the atmosphere both personal and social, making this a dining experience that lingers long after the last bite.
The tasting meny is available three nights a week. Seating starts at 7 PM and lasts for 3 - 4 hours.
Cider Tasting at Restaurant Kest

At the tasting table there's a thought behind every detail, there's a story to every ingredient and none of those ideas and stories will be left untold.
