Although the history of Fretheim Hotel stretches all the way back to the 1800s, all our meeting rooms have modern technological equipment. In the spring of 2021, we will also open the doors to our brand new conference center. Here you will find more information about our meeting rooms and technical equipment.

**In order to meet today's infection control rules with a distance of 1 meter between participants, the meeting room capacity must be halved.

Modern facilities

With us, you can arrange conferences in both historic and modern premises. The new conference center is equipped with state-of-the-art meeting room facilities. The large hall, Blåskavlen, has, among other things, two 130¨ micro-LED screens that handle all lighting conditions and can be hidden by matching the wall behind. It has its own network to ensure stable internet conditions, as well as wireless solutions specially adapted for video conferencing.

For a flexible solution, streaming between our various meeting rooms has been facilitated.

In the VIP boardroom, Rimstigen, there is a 98' screen with video conferencing equipment and its own coffee machine that includes milk-based coffee types. The glass wall into the room is automatically frosted to prevent visibility.
