Decathlon
The ultimate team building activity is the multi-challenge competition. Participants are divided into teams that must work together to complete various physical and mental tasks. Through cooperation, patience, knowledge, and tactical skills, teams compete to be the first to finish. The competition concludes with an intense pursuit race before the best team is declared.
The activity is suitable for 10 – 70 participants and lasts 1.5 – 2 hours.
High-speed sledding
Rediscover your childhood on a thrilling sled ride! Bring your colleagues or conference attendees on the last chairlift ride of the day and have the ski slope to yourselves on the way back down to the hotel. The sleds will accompany you on the chairlift up. The ski school provides instructions and serves warm drinks along the way.
The activity is suitable for 4 – 30 participants and lasts about 1.5 hours.
Dog sledding
Experience the beautiful winter landscape of Myrkdalen from a dog sled. Two people share a sled and take turns in steering and sitting. The activity is best suited for smaller groups, but it is possible for larger groups upon request.
The activity takes 8 people per 30 minutes and lasts for about 1 hour.
Human curling
Ready to laugh? This is a fun activity suitable for most people. Here, UFO sleds are used to send participants across the track towards a target. With large groups, we can arrange for several activities to take place simultaneously.

Challenge the competitive spirit in a fast-paced and fun competition! We set up a spectator-friendly course adapted to the participants' level, where you compete against each other as teams or individually.

Mingle time
When the meetings and activities are over, it's time to enjoy a nice drink with good colleagues. The mingle hour will take place in the Salto lobby bar, and includes a choice of one drink and finger food.

If you want to make more out of the time after the professional part, beer tasting can be a good alternative. In the course of an hour, you'll get to taste a selection of beers from local breweries. Perhaps you'll have an internal vote for the best beer type?

Last but not least, skiing
Myrkdalen is primarily known for its delightful skiing, and if you book a course and conference package with accommodation during the winter season, a ski pass is included. Finish the meeting after lunch and spend the rest of the day on the slopes.
