1. Buyers responsibility
Before placing a final order, it's important to read and understand key information about the product. The individual placing the order is responsible for ensuring that the purchase aligns with their preferences and that the details in the confirmation email match the order.
You also have the option to register and log in using login by Facebook or Google. When you register with Facebook or Google, you can log in to your account using the email associated with those services. You can update your personal information anytime by logging into 'My Page.'
2. Ski pass
When you purchase a ski pass online, you have the option to buy it with or without a data carrier, such as a Keycard. If you choose to buy a ski pass using an existing Keycard, your ticket will be activated the first time you pass through the turnstile. If you purchase a new Keycard online, it can be collected at the resort when you arrive.
If the ski resort has QR or barcode readers at the lift turnstile, you can download your ticket to your smartphone for offline use, allowing for direct access.
If the resort offers a machine or pick-up box, you can collect your tickets using the QR code or barcode. If these options aren't available, you can retrieve your ticket at the ticket counter.
3. Completion of Order
After completing the online payment, you will receive an email receipt. The receipt contains all the details of your purchase and can be brought to the ski resort.
The order is not processed and not valid in the following cases:
The customer has not received an email with a receipt, including a confirmation/reference number.
Card payments are cancelled for various reasons, and the payment fails.
The payments are not being processed entirely or correctly, so the amount needs to be deducted from the account.
Please contact us if you are still trying to determine whether the order has been processed correctly.
4. Payment
We use a payment solution from Nets AS - Netaxept. Third parties will not have access to your personal information. Netaxept uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to transfer personal information. SSL creates a secure (encrypted) connection between your machine and Netaxept. The data can be transferred securely, preventing unauthorized access during transmission.
5. Right of Withdrawal
There is no right to cancellation or refund when purchasing lift passes online, according to the Right of Withdrawal Act chapter §22 letter m). This also applies to packages and promotions containing date-specific lift passes or date-specific events. Please feel free to contact us.
6. Changes in taxes and fees
If there are changes to taxes and/or fees that result in increased costs for the provider after the order has been completed and paid for, the price may be adjusted accordingly for the buyer. Any price changes will be communicated to the customer immediately.
7. Reservations
The provider disclaims any responsibility for publishing or proofreading errors found in their websites and other printed materials related to their offers.
8. Dispute Resolution
The guest should reach out to the provider for any complaints regarding the arranged event. If an agreement cannot be reached, any disputes related to the contract will be resolved in a local court.
9. Force Majeure
Both parties have the right to terminate the agreement if it cannot be executed due to unforeseen events such as acts of war, natural disasters, labour disputes, prolonged interruptions in water or energy supply, fires, or other significant circumstances beyond their control.
10. Season pass refund due to COVID-19 or other pandemics
We are committed to ensuring that the season pass in Myrkdalen is a good investment that provides you with many great experiences. Skiing and outdoor activities, with plenty of space on the slopes, should be safe. We plan to use suitable infection control measures so that all guests have a safe and pleasant experience.
For those purchasing season passes, we provide a refund guarantee in the unlikely event that the ski resort has to shut down a large part of the season due to COVID-19 or another pandemic.
