Utsyn is located on the third floor of Fretheim, the whole facade of the hotel is made with panoramic windows, so you will be able to immerse yourself with the beautiful view of Aurlandsfjord, while enjoying our burgers.

Following our food philosophy, we let the local ingredients and seasons dictate what components will end up in each burger. This process shapes up a burger menu that is familiar to everyone, yet with some unexpected combinations.
Burger the Norwegian way
From classic beef burger veterans to those seeking flavour adventures, From Norwegian Wagyu burgers to the ones with pulled goat meat, everyone will find their favourite at Utsyn. Here, everything is about quality local products served in between freshly made Flåm Bakery brioche buns.
Vegan, vegetarian and fish options are of course also available.
