A complete ski resort

At Western Norway's largest ski resort, you'll find family-friendly slopes, runs for all skill levels, parks, ski cross tracks, and excellent off-piste terrain. Everything is set for the perfect ski holiday for the entire family.

The children's area is conveniently located at the base of the ski resort, offering easy access from the parking lot, nearby apartments, and Myrkdalen Hotel. It features a slow-moving conveyor belt for the youngest skiers, two platter lifts and three varied green slopes. "Eventyrparken" is a fun and exciting slope lit up by bright colors. Recommended in the evening!

In Myrkdalen, everything is conveniently located in one place. Leave the car parked for the entire winter holiday and enjoy your time creating memories with the family.

Dedicated ski instructors at Myrkdalen Aktiv

Every child is different; some are brave, while others are more cautious. But they all share that they learn best when they're having fun. This makes them feel safe and confident, helps them develop a genuine love for skiing and motivates them to keep practising on the slopes.

The ski instructors and teachers at Myrkdalen Aktiv's ski school are all certified by the Norwegian Ski School. They use a wide range of techniques to ensure skiing is fun and engaging for everyone.

Food for everyone

A love for food and local ingredients characterize the kitchen at Myrkdalen Hotel. Dishes are made from scratch, and many ingredients are supplied by local farmers.

At the family restaurant Tunet, you can enjoy both pasta dishes and the best stone-baked pizza in Western Norway.

In Restaurant Nuten, you can order delicious à la carte dishes, and of course, we have a special menu for the children.

At Kamben Café & Games, you can head indoors after a day in the slopes or on a rainy day. There, you'll find family-friendly games like duckpin bowling, darts, and shuffleboard.
